Placing an order means you agree to our Store Policies and conditions. *Secure check-out: As you check-out, you will notice the “s” after the “http” in the url box. This notates that the transaction is going through a secure check-out system. Furthermore, Starlooks Boutique utilizes a Paypal check-out system (even though it may not say Paypal) through our secure shopping cart, Shopify. You DO NOT need a paypal account in order to pay via our gateway. You may also check-out by clicking on the Google check-out button.* At this time, most items only ship to the United States and Canada. However, we do have select items that can be purchased and shipped to Europe and elsewhere. Just email us and we can try to accomodate you. Each of these items will be noted in the description. If it is not, please email us and we will follow up within 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Privacy Policy We have a STRICT Privacy Policy. Starlooks Boutique upholds to your privacy. We take great care in all aspects of our customer service—especially in guarding your information. In summary, Starlooks Boutique: A) Will not sell, rent, trade or share any information you share with us. However, items that ship directly from the manufacturer will need your shipping address. We DO NOT provide any other information other than the shipping address and we do have strict agreements with manufacturers regarding this – it is only for the purpose of shipping your item(s). NOTHING IS TO BE SHARED WITH ANYONE FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES. B) Will not contact you by telephone unless it is necessary to process your order. If you have further questions or concerns, please email us at info@starlooksboutique.com. Processing Time: This depends on the product you purchase & if it is personalized or not or custom-made. Customized/personalized items will usually take 2-4 weeks. Others usually take 2-3 days to process order and 7-10 days standard shipping, dependent on location. If you need your order rushed or need to know exact time for shipment please email us or notate it in comments box during check-out. Feel free to contact us via email or by phone with any questions or concerns you may have. If we do not pick up, please leave a brief message and we will return your phone call promptly. Shipping: Starlooks utilizes many different shipping options. Items that are drop-shipped (come directly from the manufacturer) are usually limited to their shipping methods, usually UPS/Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Please make sure every detail (address, personalization details, etc.) is correct before placing an order. *We are not responsible for a package being sent to the wrong address or a wrongly spelled personalized item. Regarding personalized items: Non-returnable and once order is processed, no cancellation can be made. No exceptions. Please note that shipping to AK & HI is more expensive and some items may require additional s/h costs. Please email us before placing your order. WE NOW SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Please email us your order and we can quote s/h & invoice you via paypal or you may check-out once we’ve quoted you. Thank you. Please note that some items may not be able to ship outside the US – if this is the case we will immediately notify you. A note about international orders: VAT or any fees associated with your postal system or government fees for import is responsible by YOU, not Starlooks Boutique. Tracking information and insurance may or may not be available – please note Starlooks Boutique is not liable for lost packages once sent in the mail. Most items are delivered in the United States with a tracking # and are always usually insured for your protection. If there is something that needs to be rush-ordered, please notify us immediately so that we may accomodate your needs. Payments & Security/Secure check-out: We have four payment options. You may checkout using our 100% secure check-out system (you will see the “s” after http in the url box) or you can utilize Google Checkout. You may also send a payment via Paypal or a USPS Money Order. *If you wish to order by mail, please email us your order (list the things you plan to purchase). If for some reason you are not satisfied with items purchased, you can return it (except custom, made to order items), within 14 days from purchase date for store credit or refund, less shipping & handling costs (both ways), (unless otherwise noted in item description). Items must be in same condition as they were sent, i.e., brand new and/or sealed. If you have questions about this policy please contact us. If you need to return something please email us right away. Please note: some items institute a restocking fee. You will be notified if there is one once we are notified of your intent for return.
